We are reopening our film submissions. If you have already sent in a film for 2020, please do not send it in again. We will take submissions for 2020 into account in our selection process. To check whether your film is in our system, send us an email at info@transcreen.eu and we’ll check it for you.
TranScreen Festival is now accepting film submissions by, about, with and for the transgender and gender diverse community. TranScreen envisions more positive and authentic representations of transgender people and gender diversity and hopes to encourage dialogue and sharing stories between communities in the Netherlands and across the globe. The next edition of TranScreen will take place on May 13-16th in Kriterion in Amsterdam.
Contributions can be sent in by filling in this form.
Selection for our 2021 festival starts in 2021.
The final submission deadline is February 1st, 2021.
We do not ask for an entry fee.
You’ll receive news whether your work is accepted for the festival as soon as possible.
