Introduction by Femke and Nora (Transgender Netwerk Nederland)

Synopsis:
Sixteen-year-old Billie’s life is shaken up when her mother announces he’s a transgender man. During his transition Billie can see her father only on Tuesdays. The limited time they can spend together is caught on camera for a year by director Sophie Hyde. Not only Billie’s father can be who he truly is, but also Billie herself starts to explore her own sexual feelings. This eventful time in her life causes Billie to learn more about her own desires, but also about taking responsibility and dealing with change. A warm drama that beautifully captures the emotional development of a family.
